Advance tickets are available at cletix.com. Tickets are also available for purchase upon arrival. Carousel rides are included with each admission purchase.

WRHS is part of the Museums for All program. General Admission is $3 for eligible participants. (Please present SNAP, EBT or WIC card at admissions to receive discount.)

Accessibility
Restrooms
There are restrooms on each floor of the museum. There is one gender-neutral restroom in each of the mansions. The main public restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Baby-changing facilities are available in the men’s and women’s restrooms on both floors of the Crawford Museum and in the Lactation Room.
Strollers
The museum is stroller friendly. Collapsed strollers may be left at the coat room.
Lactation Space Available
While you are welcome to feed your child anywhere you feel comfortable, we also offer a private lactation room, located adjacent to the Chisholm Halle Costume Wing. This room includes a cushioned chair with arms, a sink, a small table, a changing station, a locking door, and an electrical outlet.
Services for Visitors with Differing Mobility
The Cleveland History Center facilities and galleries are wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair accessible entrance is located off at the Reinberger entrance located off the main visitor parking lot. Wheelchairs are available on site as a first come, first serve basis. Please ask at admissions.
Services for Visitors who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
The feature film in the permanent exhibit, Cleveland Starts Here® sponsored by the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation is close captioned. The film “Failure is Impossible” playing in the Women and Politics exhibit is also closed captioned. Visual text and images are available to accompany the guided tours of the Hay-McKinney Mansion. Inquire at admissions for your copy.
Services for Visitors with Low Vision or No Vision
Verbal-description docent-guided tours for select exhibitions are available by appointment and are free with museum admission. Please call to make an appointment.
