The holiday season is officially in full swing at the Cleveland History Center. This is the perfect time for families and intergenerational groups to create lasting memories amidst our enhanced holiday decorations and fascinating exhibits.

Details

· Classic Outdoor Charm: Be greeted by nostalgic outdoor decorations from GE's Nela Park. Discover more Nela Park lighting history in the Museum & Library.

· Designer Showcase: Experience the vibrant creativity that has defined our community and Cleveland creatives. Visitors will explore pieces curated in partnership with Fashion Talks Foundation that feature the beauty of diverse perspectives and the importance of inclusive representation in the fashion industry. This Winter Fashion Exhibition is open only for the holidays and is a complement to the current exhibit, American Dream: Immigrants and the Business of Fashion.

· Themed Trees: Explore the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum, where the Off the Rack exhibition is enhanced by beautifully themed trees with iconic vehicles like the 1937 Phaeton and the 1959 Ford Anglia.

· Hollydays Winter Village: The Hollydays Winter Village and Train Display returns. This winter village features over 350 buildings, nine trains, dozens of mechanical devices and a fanciful tribute to Lake Erie. Every 30 minutes, Hollydays presents a very special light and motion experience choreographed to popular music.

· Euclid Beach Park Grand Carousel: The Grand Carousel Pavilion is a sweet treat for everyone in the family with some added winter whimsy. Elements of the former Euclid Beach Sleepy Hollow Railroad create a miniature winter village, while the chariot in the pavilion is filled with frosted fashion and evergreens. Don't forget that unlimited rides on the Carousel are included with every museum admission.

· Feature Exhibit: Don't miss our current feature exhibit, Hollywood on the Cuyahoga: Northeast Ohio and the Movies, presented by PNC. Dive into the rich history of filmmaking in our region and discover the local ties to the silver screen. With captivating stories, images, and video trailers, it's a must-see for all ages. This is just one among TEN exhibits now open at the Cleveland History Center.
