Or enjoy the vintage charm of the Mary Ann Sears Swetland Memorial Meetinghouse, a quintessential “little white chapel” for an indoor option. Other spaces include rustic barns, an open pavilion and a modern visitor’s center.

Hale Farm & Village is a wedding venue in Bath, OH. Nestled in the beautiful Cuyahoga Valley, this 90-acre farm is home to a mid-1800s village and living history museum where you and your guests can enjoy a fabulous, one-of-a-kind wedding experience.

Hale Farm & Village hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions. If you prefer an outdoor ceremony, you are welcome to say your vows in the Apple Orchard, on the Gatehouse Patio overlooking the farm, or at the center of the Village Green. The charming Meetinghouse Chapel and thoroughly modern Mary Jane Davis Hartwell Room are also available if you prefer an indoor ceremony. The Meetinghouse Chapel has a maximum capacity of 170 people; the multipurpose Mary Jane Davis Hartwell Room can accommodate parties of up to 75 guests.

After your ceremony, you can enjoy a romantic carriage ride before rejoining your guests for a cocktail hour in the two-story Carriage Manufactory barn or the gorgeous Goldsmith Floral Garden. Hale Farm & Village has two reception spaces: the climate-controlled Gatehouse Visitor's Center on the west side of the property and the three-sided, open-air Carriage Pavilion on the east side of the property. The 4,900-square-foot Gatehouse seats up to 220 guests; the Carriage Pavilion is ideal for groups of 120 to 150 people.

Meetinghouse

The focal point of the mid-19th century village on the East Side of Hale Farm & Village is the Meetinghouse. Holding up to 170 guests, this quintessential structure is the perfect setting for a picturesque little white chapel wedding ceremony.
