Nestled in the scenic Cuyahoga Valley, Hale Farm & Village is the perfect location for a unique wedding, social event, meeting or corporate retreat. Hale Farm & Village offers a variety of unique outdoor locations to make your event memorable. There is always plenty of free parking and a tram service is available for some locations.

Availablilty

The muesum grounds are available for rent Monday – Sunday, rentals are usually arranged after public hours. General rental hours are from 4:00pm-12:00am. Times of availability vary depending on the seasonal calendar and public programs scheduled at Hale Farm & Village.

Apple Orchard

The original Hale Apple Orchard is a beautiful location for an outdoor ceremony. Parking is located in the main parking lot and the orchard is a short walk from the Gatehouse. Chairs are the responsibility of the rental party. A limited-access road is available for drop off of special needs guests. The Apple orchard combines nicely with the Gatehouse for a reception site.

The Great Front Lawn

Hale Farm and Village’s front lawn is an exciting ceremony and reception option, with plenty of tent ready space for any size reception. Parking is in our main parking lot. Restrooms and kitchen facilities are easily accessible in the Gatehouse.

Other Outdoor Locations

A variety of other outdoor event locations are available. Please schedule a site visit with our Rentals Manager to see all the possibilities. All rentals require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to hold a date. Facility and staffing fees do not include catering costs. The balances of the rental and security fees are due no later than 30 days prior to the event.
