Apple Orchard

Say “I do” where history blossoms, the original Hale Apple Orchard at Hale Farm & Village offers a naturally stunning outdoor ceremony site steeped in nearly two centuries of agricultural tradition. From the earliest days after Jonathan Hale settled this land in 1810, apples and orchards were part of farm life in the Western Reserve, contributing to the picturesque working farm that later became a beloved living history museum.

Just a short walk from the Gatehouse with free parking in the main lot, the orchard’s shaded paths and old‑world charm create a one‑of‑a‑kind backdrop for your vows. A limited‑access road makes drop‑off easy for guests with special needs, and the orchard pairs beautifully with the nearby Gatehouse for an elegant reception space under the open sky. While chairs are the responsibility of the rental party, the orchard pairs beautifully with the nearby Gatehouse for a reception, offering a seamless blend of outdoor romance and historic elegance..
