Join us one Thursday a month for educator-led programs for all ages!

All Homeschool Field Trip Series programs are held at the Cleveland History Center (10825 East Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44106).
This month, we'll explore Cleveland's vibrant cultural history, and all groups will visit CHC's new International Heritage Gallery.
- Ages 3-5 will explore what it means to move from one place to another.
- Ages 6-8 will learn about the idea of culture and how foods, ideas, clothes, and customs create shared community in groups of people.
- Ages 9-12 will examine primary sources from Cleveland families (1840s-1980s) to discuss why and how those families moved to Northeast Ohio.
- Ages 13+ will explore the challenges historically faced by new immigrants to the US, and how people find and build communities in a new country.
Program Admission rates:
- Students (ages 3-18; pre-registration highly recommended): $9
- Parents/Guardians: Free
- Children ages 0-2: Free
- Parking: $10 per car, flat rate - paid onsite at CHC before leaving.
Logistical Information:
- All programs run from 10am-12pm on the program date.
- Please arrive by 9:55am to check in so we may start on time.
- Families may bring packed lunches to eat onsite after the program.
- Admission to a Homeschool Field Trip Day includes admission to the museum for the rest of the day.
Please note: homeschool groups or collectives may also schedule group tours or programs at WRHS. Options for the Cleveland History Center are available here.
