
The Western Reserve Historical Society (WRHS), in collaboration with PBS Western Reserve, presents an exclusive sneak preview of The American Revolution, a new film by Ken Burns, Sarah Botstein and David Schmidt, on Thursday, November 6, 2025 at the WRHS Cleveland History Center, 10825 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. This free event includes admission to the Cleveland History Center beginning at 5:00 p.m., with a special “White Glove” event that features American Revolution era material from WRHS’s permanent collections. An abbreviated screening of the new Ken Burns film, The American Revolution, will follow with a panel discussion of experts, including Todd Kleismit, Executive Director of America 250-Ohio and host of the Ohio & the Revolution webinar series. Light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. While this event is free and open to all, registration is required. This event is recommended for those 16 years of age and older.
