The Cleveland History Center has been selected as a regional site for the 2025 National Youth Summit on Education. This program is presented by the National Museum of American History in collaboration with Smithsonian Affiliations.

CHC's Regional Youth Summit event, illuminating how struggles for a good education in Cleveland connect to national events and trends, will be held on October 9 from 9:30am-1:30pm. Speakers, workshops, and discussions will help teen participants analyze the past, and the goal will be to empower students to seek solutions for the future.

High school students and teachers wishing to participate may contact the Cleveland History Center Education Dept. at education@wrhs.org or call 216-721-5722 ext. 1503 for more information.

Western Reserve Historical Society is the oldest cultural institution in Northeast Ohio, the region's largest American history research center, and one of the leading genealogical research centers in the nation.
