Homeschool Field Trip Days | Special Curator Session

December 18, 2019 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free – $6

December: Special Curator Session

Join us for a special hands-on session with our curators! Choose from one of the two options below:

Option 1: Hands-On History—Cleveland at War. Explore the life of a soldier and get hands-on with the materials and equipment Clevelanders would have dealt with during historic wartime experiences. Curator of Collections & Exhibits Eric Rivet will describe how wars of the past have affected Cleveland and walk students through the daily experiences of soldiers in the field.

Option 2: Behind-the-Scenes Costume Experience—Si Jolie. Meet our Museum Advisory Council Curator of Costumes & Textiles Patty Edmonson and enjoy a special curator-led tour of the beautiful exhibit, Si Jolie, to learn how French fashion influenced Clevelanders both abroad and right here in the city. Families will have a chance to experience more of the Chisholm Halle Costume Collection in a special way!
