November 7, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

GC

Presented by Genealogical Committee members Wally Huskonen and Bill Allen. This workshop will get you started on your research into your relative’s service in World War II, including his or her service in the Army, Army Air Force, Navy, Marines, or Coast Guard.  The workshop will cover the process for obtaining records from the National Personnel Records Center. In fact, you can fill in the request form during the workshop.  In addition, you will learn about home sources, online resources, unit histories, newspapers, and other sources of information to check for information about your relative’s involvement.  Time will be available for you to do some research in the WRHS Library. Fee $15.
