This is the 4th session of “Afternoons in the Archives,” a series of events commemorating the 44th anniversary of the African American Archives Auxiliary (AAAA, pronounced “Quad A”.)

Funded by the generous support of Dr. Regennia N. Williams and AAAA, the series is designed to showcase a variety of archival collections while shedding light on the work of African American history makers living and working in Greater Cleveland.

Each “afternoon” includes a brief tour of the WRHS Research Library, a presentation in the library’s Hassler Room, and light refreshments.
Admission, which includes access to all areas of the Cleveland History Center and the library activities, is free and open to the public.

Advance registration is required.
