BMW Centennial: a Symphony of Cylinders Opens September 9, 2023 at the Crawford Auto-Aviation Museum
Orchestrated by Sill’s Motor Sales, one of the oldest operating BMW motorcycle dealers in the U.S, this group of motorcycles will show how diverse the engine range is for this iconic motorcycle brand. Ranging in size from 250 cc to 1600 cc, from a single cylinder to a magnificent in line 6, BMW Motorrad over the last 100 years has designed and built motorcycles for the riding enthusiast that boasts cutting edge technology, superb performance, comfort for long range riding and reliability. Models on display will date from the late 1930’s up to 2014, and will showcase many of the different engine configurations available here in the U.S.
We will not only have motorcycles on display, but other BMW items as well, that celebrate the brand and it’s riding community.
To start the show off in September, Cleveland will be entertained by BMW Brand Ambassador, Teach McNeil. This iconic stunt rider will show his skills on the Crawford Museum grounds. Teach will show you wheelies, stoppies, slides, drifts and spins on a variety of the current BMW models. Ride demos will be 11am, 1pm and 3pm on Sept. 9 and 10.
For Grand Opening Weekend, Sill’s Motor Sales is providing swag bags to all who purchase a museum ticket. Plus for the first 100 ticket purchasers, you will receive a special BMW Centennial T Shirt, designed specifically for this Cleveland event.
