As a young boy in the 1920’s, Frank Phelps developed a passion for sports that still exists today. Over the past nine decades Frank has acquired a spectacular collection of sports books and periodicals that encompass all the major sports. His primary focus has been baseball, which covers a wide assortment of biographies, team histories, baseball guides, instructional books and periodicals from the 1940’s through present day. If you are looking to find a biography of Ruth or Cobb or an article from Baseball Magazine during the World War II era chances are good you will find it in the Frank Phelps Collection.
