Working with the FutureHeights organization, the Western Reserve Historical Society has put together some locations on Google Earth perfect for preparing your own Cleveland Heights bike route. The following instructions will guide you how to do it yourself:

Instructions:

1. Download and install Google Earth

2. Download the History on Bicycle collection

3. The downloaded item is zip file, so you need to extract the contents within. Double click on the file, select all of the files and drag them to any other location on your hard-drive.

4. Open Google Earth and select the Open option. Find the location of the files you extracted in the previous step and select them.

5. Use Google Earth to explore the indicated landmarks in the Cleveland Heights area and plan your route. Remember to observe all bicycle safety rules and regulations. Please be careful!
